How long is the course?
The course is full time for one year only
Who is the course for?
The Level 2 is appropriate for learners who are looking to develop a significant core of knowledge and understanding and apply that knowledge in preparing, planning and developing a health and fitness programme

How will I be assessed?
The students will have to complete 4 mandatory units of which one is externally assessed
What could I do after the course?
The course allows students to continue to study sports at level 3
What will I be studying?
Students will be studying 4 mandatory Units which include:
Principals of Health and Fitness
Preparing and planning for health and Fitness
Develop a personal Health and Fitness Programme
