Young Dragons Spring Fair, Ashford
We arrived at the Pall Mall Shopping Centre bright and early on Saturday morning as part of the Young Dragons challenge. The aim was to sell their products to the general public.
After setting up their stall with a Spring theme, students decided to hit the streets with some samples for the general public to taste and try to encourage them to come to their stall to buy. The students enjoyed the challenge and used a number of their enterprising skills including teamwork, communcation, decision making and leadership. They said “it was much harder than we thought” but the students were able to sell nearly all of their stock.
The students worked hard and demonstrated many skills leading up to and during the event. I was very proud of them all.
