Sports Presentation Evening

14th July 2010 saw the inaugral Strood Academy Sports Presentation Evening.

The evening kicked off with a display from the cheerleading team, and was hosted by our 6th Form Sports Ambassadors who are pictured below interviewing our special guest Billy Whenman. Billy is a professional cyclist, one of our top athletes who is likely to be competing in the 2012 Olympic Games.

We were delighted to have Billy with us for the evening to present the various awards, and congratulate all of the many students and staff who recieved awards, medals and trophies this evening.
