Saturday School

Nearly 50 students came in on Saturday 22 January to upgrade their coursework for Science, Health and Social Care, Business and CCLD. Their was a wonderful atmoshpere in the school as students made the most of the opportunity, and of the extra staff input!

Here's what they had to say about coming in today:

Jade: "It's been very useful and it's better than a normal school day! Today has helped me reach my target grade of C"

Kira: "I've enjoyed coming in on Saturday, it's a good way to catch up and you get a lot done with more help than usual"

Sinead: "It's been very good, I've got all of my BTEC CCLD unit 1 done today."

Harley and Chelsea: "It's been really helpful, it's more fun, and gives us another chance to improve our grades."

Jasmin and Kirby: "It's been a productive day and given us a chance to up our grade as it's an important year for us, and we will get the best we can achieve by putting in the extra bit of effort."

Manoor: "It's been really beneficial to go to Saturday classes, the teachers have really helped us to improve our grades."

Miss Lindsay: "I'm very proud of the hard work and dedication that the students have given us, this has helped them to achieve at grades C and above. Well done!"
