Horniman Museum
On the 4th of April we brought a group of 45 pupils to the Horniman museum.
This was a fantastic opportunity for yr 8-11 Science and Citizenship Gifted and Talented pupils to extend their learning outside of the classroom.
All pupils were able to take part in a handling session where they were able to try on different African masks and touch some fossils. All pupils involved found it fascinating and are in the process of writing a report on the different theorys of evolution that they witnessed, which will go on show in a display case in the science area.
