Coursework that smells great

These photographs show the superb effort of some of our GCSE food students.

Food technology is extremely popular in Strood Academy. In years 10 and 11 we have two girls groups and one boys group in each year. In year 9 they are mixed groups and we currently have three groups.

The photos here are of year 11 and year 9. The year 11 girls group are doing a practical lesson, producing food products as evidence for their GCSE coursework.

The year 9 photos show both boys and girls working on food products suitable for vegetarians. This is part of GCSE preparation for coursework.
