Children In Need

Year Eight really embraced the idea of supporting others by taking part in activities to raise money for Children in Need.

A number of students took part in sponsored silences, carrying white-boards and paper around to enable them to respond in lessons without talking and Sophie Jones, Cailtin Edis and Jade Menday from 8C ran a very successful cake and sweet stall during their break and lunchtime and raised a staggering £47.

Well done to these students and thank you to those who supported them. You have made me proud with your thoughtfulness.
