Amazing Level 3 results

We are delighted with our second year of Level 3 results which include A Level, Diploma and BTEC courses. Students and staff have worked incredibly hard and can be proud of what they have achieved together.

Bobbie Harrington achieved 4 grade As in Sport and Performing Arts as well as an A Level in Dance, an outstanding achievement especially considering that she took these qualifications a year early. She has already started her career in the Sports industry and said “I’m happy with my grades and pleased that the teachers pushed me to get them!”

Conor Chipperfield achieved 2 As and one C in Sport, surpassing his own expectations! Conor said “I’m very happy with the way the teachers have persisted with me and helped me achieve grades that I never thought were possible”. Conor is now applying to study at university.

Megan Convey achieved 3 grade As in Childcare, Learning and Development as well an AS Level in English and is going to study a degree in Primary Education at Canterbury Christ Church University. Megan said “I’m delighted with my grades as I never thought I’d achieve 3 As!”.

Jamie Sanger achieved an A and 2 Cs in Sport, as well as AS Biology, and is moving onto study a degree in Sport at Greenwich. Jamie said “Overall I’m delighted with how the course has gone and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Strood Academy.”

Laura Dyson achieved 2 Grade As and 1 C, and is going to study a degree in Sport and Physical Education at the University of Bedfordshire. Laura said “I’m excited about university, it took a lot of hard work to get my grades and I am delighted with them”.
