Adistar Sports Ambassadors Training Day

On Thursday 13th January Strood Academy hosted a training day for current and aspiring Adistar Young Sports Ambassadors.

The event was held in order to give aspiring leaders the opportunity to gain information about what is expected from an Adistar Ambassador. Schools from across Medway selected two students from their school to become their Adistar Sports Ambassador, with Joshua (Year 10) & Danielle (Year 9) representing Strood Academy.

Joshua and Danielle were selected as the Strood Academy Sports Ambassadors as they have regularly shown dedication and enthusiasm towards sport within Strood Academy. Joshua and Danielle as Adistar Sports Ambassadors for Strood Academy will work alongside Mr Beverley within the coming months to develop PE & Sport within Strood Academy, particularly for students in Years 7-9.
