6th form raise over £300 for Breast Cancer Research

Our 6th form students decided to participate in the national "wear it pink" day to raise funds for breast cancer research. Money was raised by selling refreshments at the open evening, our prospective students and parents were able to purchase food and drink in a class room the 6th form had converted to a cafe for the evening with colourful table dressings.

On Thursday 22 October, 6th form and staff wore pink for the day (paying for the privilege!), and students sold refreshments at lunchtime to raise further funds.

We are delighted that a total of £323.72 was raised on the day.
